Resdur® is made of polyolefin, which behaves like paper when printed on, but offers the advantages of a highly resistant film when used.
The “microporosity” of Resdur® guarantees excellent absorption of inks and toners and deep anchoring of the adhesive in the material structure. This results in extreme durability of the print and adhesive strength.

Resdur® complies with BS 5609 standard
According to the United Nations Global Harmonization System (GHS) and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG), manufacturers of chemicals transported on international waters must comply with the BS 5609 specification for labeling.
To obtain BS 5609 certification, labels must withstand a three-month saltwater immersion test in the English Channel. BS 5609-certified labels have been proven to meet the most stringent durability tests in the industry and are described as extremely durable labels suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions.
The BS 5609 standard consists of two main sections:
Section 2: Performance of the combination of label material and adhesive
Resdur® labels are certified according to Section 2 of British Standard 5609.
Section 3: Printing performance
Only materials certified to Section 2 can be used for testing to Section 3.
Printer models from a wide range of brands have already been certified in conjunction with Resdur® to BS 5609 Section 3, including models from Lexmark, OKI, Toshiba, Xerox, and many more.

The delivery time for standard formats is usually 1-3 business days. Your custom label formats, made to your specifications, will be ready for use within 4-6 weeks.
Resdur® is made from polyolefin, one of the most environmentally friendly plastics. It is a compound of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), consisting solely of carbon and hydrogen. This composition gives polyolefin an optimized environmental profile. It is physiologically harmless, chlorine-free, plasticizer-free, and recyclable.
Resdur® labels are generally used as sheet material.
Standard formats include labels on DIN A4 sheets in DIN A4, DIN A5, and DIN A6 sizes, as well as labels in US Legal or US Letter format.
